I specialise in supporting people through the turbulent feelings that can arise during a major life transition such as relationship changes, redundancy, career changes, births and deaths. Indeed, any upheaval in which people can experience a wide range of emotional difficulties, whether long term issues or a sudden crisis.
I help clients when they are in distress and troubled by their current situation, enabling them to move forward, explore the issues at hand, making optimum choices and decisions at every stage.
The focus in my work as an integrative therapist is that of building a trusting one to one relationship with a client, where we meet at regular intervals to focus on you and your concerns.
I help you to increase your understanding about your responses and reactions to both people and events, building better strategies for coping with the business of living.
It can be an opportunity to increase self- awareness, particularly of deep- seated issues that may be rooted in the client’s past, so that you are free to make new and different decisions and choices.
